A Question to Vegas People

Banana_Peter 3:48 PM 16 February 2010
I might move to Vegas soon so what area in Vegas should I look for a house? And I want good neighborhood, not some ghetto. If you lead me to some ghetto projects, I will hunt you down and scratch the shit out of your records
Free Man 3:49 PM 16 February 2010
why vegas?
Banana_Peter 3:57 PM 16 February 2010
We "might" open up an office there. I'm trying to talk them into stay here in Dallas, but I don't see that happening
Banana_Peter 3:57 PM 16 February 2010
If the money is there, I pretty much have to move
djpuma_gemini 4:28 PM 16 February 2010

Good Lord Las Vegas homes are ugly
Audio1 5:11 PM 16 February 2010
I hear the housing market tanked pretty hardcore in Las Vegas. You can probably find some good deals out there. Def a worthy move if you can keep your career.

That's what they were telling me. I can get a $500K home for around $200K....
Audio1 5:14 PM 16 February 2010
Lots of short sales the last time I went on a day trip to Vegas.
Banana_Peter 5:15 PM 16 February 2010
I like visiting Vegas but I don't want to move there... :(

Btw, Audio1 is right... the house market is prolly the worst in Vegas. So, get ready to score big in buying a house.

I just don't trust their meat. I rarely eat red meat and when I do, I don't even consider Taco Bell an option.

Las Vegas Metro, Henderson. Like I said before, If you can maintain a paying job to cover yourself and all your responsibilities, Feel free. Otherwise, Its a big gamble. Not much in the way of work and extremely competitive on the DJ level.

Sorry, I had to do it.

That is what I meant, but I'm sure you don't work there. Glad you finally got it.

Vegas is definitely cheap, but not sure what areas are best.
djaudissey 2:54 PM 18 February 2010
