MIDI OUT from Serato vinyl and crossfader/channel faders/knobs

I would like to see the TTM 57SL upgraded to allow DJ's to have MIDI out CC signals from the timecoded vinyl, the crossfader, and the channel faders and knobs. Is this possible or even likely?

The link above describes MIDI with Video SL but I'm not clear on whether it's MIDI IN or MIDI OUT.

no, the 57 isn't midi mapable to anything other then scratchlive. and that link is midi in.
