enter frame rate values in the rate change field

How do i enter a rate change value in the field.
is 24 fps 1.24?
i need to convert from 24 fps to 25 fps
I did once bfore and thought there was a preset for it

yes Im pretty sure I did.
Although the math we did was reveresed.
To go from 24 to 25 the math is 1.041. need to shorten the program by 4%
25/24= 1.041
