Am I eligiable for tracks?

Hi,

I use ITCH and VCI300. I get the updates from whitelabel via email and I've downloaded a few tracks which play great in itunes. They show in ITCH no problem but when I go to play them with ITCH they say "not available" and something about scratch live. I can't figure out what scratch live is exactly - is it a different software system to ITCH from serato? If so, does that mean these whitelabel releases are not available to ITCH users?

It sounds like you have ITCH 1.0, you need at least ITCH 1.1 to play Whitelabel tracks, it's available here: www.serato.com

Let us know if that works for you.

Thanks. I've got ITCH 1.0.4 - I was told this is the same and I don't need to download...is that right? If so, I'm wondering what the problems might be with playing whitelabel downloads.

boo-boo you need ITCH 1.1 or higher. ITCH 1.0.4 can't play Whitelabel files.

Hi guys - just to say that I got the serato email newsletter with the latest update so I've downloaded that and works a treat for the whitelabel files. Dave does INDEED know what he's doing.

Thanks a lot for your help with this.
