I just Started running Windows 7 on my Dell Studio 1555 I am also running Serato Itch but every time i want to download a song for some reason it wont even start i was wondering is it the fact that i am running Windows 7 or if im just doing something wrong

I am having a problem with Whitelabel. I download it to my my computer then I drag the file from my computer to my Serato. It will let me play it the first time but it won't let me play it after that. In the left box on Scratch live a ? mark comes up and the name of the song and artist all turn red. What do I need to do to fix this or can this be fixed. I would love to use ya'll but if I can't get this to work there is no need for me to use it....

GNICE - it sounds like you have moved the files on your computer, and Scratch Live can't find them - I suggest you use the "Relocate lost files" function to show Scratch Live where you moved them too. There is an article here on how that works:
