i have been experimenting with different techniques but i can never seem to get it right. not very often but it does happen, my files go missing, 90% of the time when i do a relocate lost files i can get them back. i dont edit any music in itunes after i put them into serato, because i noticed that i started missing files that way, so i stoped. i added songs to serato on thursday and now today tuesday where i have done no editing what so ever, files are missing "file not found". this is so embarassing and upsetting.

please help!!!

Hi Decap.

Your issue is more related to Scratch Live rather than Whitelabel.net.

I suggest you create a Help Request and have the Rane and Serato support teams work through your issues with you.

thank you ChrisD, i will do that. but this is not just related to whitlabel music, it can be any song/songs my whole library at random.

do tracks get deleted as time passes by on wl? just wondering because some previous tracks dont seem to be available for dl now.

Yes, some promo releases expire.
