Hi Guys,

Any news on Snow Leopard support for PnT for Protools? I oversee 50 odd machines and the lack on Snow Leopard support has brought a holt to the upgrade of all these systems - that's the problem when you make an indispensable product.

Hi Scott - We are working on this currently, however could you please tell me specifically what problems you encounter when you try to run PnT with 10.6 on these machines?

This will help our developers to gather more information towards making the plug-in compatible.

Hi Aroha,

Sorry for the delay in getting back on this one - been interstate for a few weeks.

Basically the systems just hang when loading the Serato Pnt 2.5 dpm

Basic system rundown:
- MacPro running 10.6.2
- ProTools HD V8.0.3

Side note: I have a number of systems that are still running the ProTools Snow Leopard Pre-Release (V8.0.3pr) and they are having no issues running Pnt.

When I saw on the website that Snow Leopard wasn't yet supported I stopped testing / fault finding.

Hi Scott

if you have a crash/ hang log that would be really helpful.

If possible can you try 10.6.3 and let us know how things are?
