Let me get this straight.

Will a not yet even been announced as real Apple device that has yet to even be named work with the ttm57?

Hmm sure.
OMAR@C52 3:47 AM 15 January 2010
that would be awesome though, think about it you wouldn't need midi devices at all. just touch the screen!! 2 Technics, TTM57sl and an Ipod tablet would be awesome

lol!

surely, serato with their magical programming knowledge will know of a device which nobody really knows for CERTAIN is coming out, and will have tested their software on the aforementioned device....

all software houses get given time machines, didnt you know that?

incidentally: the 45 king is still the 45 king.

ha no apple tablet for us Serato users and DJs in general
VJ Justin Allen 9:56 PM 27 January 2010
Now that it's been announced I can say that this tablet (iPad) will not work with ScratchLive. As a matter of fact, you cannot even load software on it.

I tried :)

and its only 1ghz...maybe someone will come up with a ssl app, with basic functions until they come out with a more powerfull one...that said my 1.5 powerbook is starting to feel the burden with 2.0:(
whoami 10:02 PM 28 January 2010
only 1ghz... but it's multicore! ;) it's gonna make for a damn good midi controller!

ipad = waste of space, total fail imo.
OMAR@C52 6:40 PM 29 January 2010
its a cool device but only if you don't have an iPod touch, an iPhone, or a laptop.
the iPad its better for a student maybe to replace textbooks, then it would be worth it.

Have you looked at the price of the Jazzmutant Lemur?
iPad + 3.99$ app = dirt cheap and improved Lemur which can still be used for other things as well.

I think it has some interesting potential, just not for me right now.
OMAR@C52 7:51 PM 18 February 2010
It definetly has potential, but i bet it will improve in the next update, i'm not yet interested
DJ PopRoXXX 10:10 PM 4 March 2010
yeah. an iPad with SSL midi-control apps would be pretty sick! NeXt Gen will be cool prob.
