This means: Discussion with other Scratch Live users in German.

You probably want to say:

Discuss with other Scratch Live users in German.

This would be:
"Diskutiere mit anderen Scratch LIVE Benutzern auf Deutsch."

"Usern" is not a German word. It sounds "nerdy".

If you got some time, you might want to consider these changes.
They bug me every time I read that line.
