PC output to RCA?

Anyone have a suggestion on what to use for output to RCA? I know quality sux, but some of my spots only offer this. The cable I bought won't work so I think I may need a USB device of some sort or a converter box. I am using a standard VGA out from my laptop (which looks fine on a monitor).

I'm using a converter box. Coming out of the laptop with VGA. That goes into the box. The box has 3 outputs. 1 x Composite RCA, 1 x S-Video, and 1 x through VGA. You can run the outputs simultaneously as well. I paid $35 for mine to give you an idea of the price. Of course like everything, there are some companies that make EXPENSIVE converter boxes. But the one I have works fine.

Just ordered the same one! how is the quality on the output. Do you use the s-video or the rca jack. I normally run VGA to my projector but like djbizz says some spots dont offer VGA input. THanks!
