I'd like to take this time to thank all my fellow veterans and active/reserve service members for their duty. It seems year by year we are getting more appreciation for our service than ever for our generation....

I'd also like to inform/remind you that Applebee's is giving free meals today for veterans and service members, and Golden Corral is doing the same this coming Monday the 16th.

So if you have the time, go get your grub on, for free!

Just found out, Outback Steakhouse's and Krispy Kreme's are doing the same as well for today

I had applebees last night. Good free meal, but man it was crowded. I always feel bad considering myself a vet when there's guys who were in big wars like WWII and vietnam. All I got under my belt was operation iraqi and enduring freedom.
