Lets say theres a 30% disount sale on all items in stock at a store but the sale ends on, lets say,IDK, Nov 11. Since the sale would END on the 11th, does that mean the last day to buy something would actually be the 10th? or is the 11th the last day?

Here's a thought. Why don't you ask the store that's having the sale?

Sales that have a date attached end at "close of business" on the specified date. For example, if a store had a sale that ended on November 11th and their business hours on the 11th are 9:00AM to 8:00PM, then you generally have until 8:00PM on November 11th to buy the sale items.

Your best bet is to clarify the sale date with the store in question.

When my company has a sale, we honor it until the end of that day (such as close of business on 11/11 in your case). I'm not aware of any store in any industry who would end it on the 10th.
