Locked songs when using on someones else's system?

Is there anyone having a locked song problem with known unlocked songs on there Serato HD when using it on someone else's system?

I tried to unlock the songs on the other system, but it wouldnt do it. They play fne on my system, but are locked on someone elses system...

And I have tried a couple of diferent systems. And get the same thing... When you put a song n the player from my HD, it says the song is locked. Eject it and reload, same thing...

What version are they using?
We did design the unlocking with this in mind and have tested it extensively. It has worked for us, so we'll need to find out why it didn't work in your situation. Are you aware of this issue (posted here serato.com)?
When Scratch Live firsts detects the presence of a locked ".wl.mp3" file you are presented with an email and password box along with an "Unlock" button. Entering your email address and password then clicking the "Unlock" should unlock the locked file.
The bug:
After entering your email address and password clicking the "Unlock" button has no effect
The workaround:
Enter your email address and password but, rather than clicking the "Unlock" button, make sure the cursor is placed in the password field and click the 'Enter/Return' key.

This bug has been fixed in Scratch Live 1.9.1. Scratch Live 1.9.1 is a free upgrade for all Scratch Live users and is available here serato.com and here scratchlive.net

We all are using version 1.9.1... But for some reason it is not letting the songs from my HD unlock on another systems...

I have a PC and all the other systems are PC's except one which is a MAC... I have tried to unlock on both types...

Ok thanks. So when you enter your login and password on the other systems does it give you an error message when you try to unlock the files?

Yeah, it gives the same error message that on my system about the email address and password you entered is incorrect...

Actually, all of the white label files are locked when trying to use on another system. The only files that will play sometimes are the ones from my itunes folder and another music folder that I have...

There are very few locked Whitelabel releases so I'd be surpised if all your Whitelabel files were locked. Do they all have the locked icon displayed next to them?

I have to say that's very odd. There are only 30-ish locked Releases that have ever been put on Whitelabel.net. That's a maximum of about 100 tracks.
I checked our logs and you've downloaded LOTS of tracks from Whitelabel (which is awesome, keep it up...) so I don't understand how they'd all be locked.
Another question: when you connect your HDD to another system does it tell you how many unlocked tracks are on your drive?

I have the same issue, I download on my pc then I ran analyze track transfer my music to a harddrive, when i hook it up to my mac all my tracks are locked, is there any work around this to unlock my files?

i just down loaded Lady Gaga's speacial edition and bcan't unlock the 8 tracks never had problems unlocking before chnged e-mail & password log back in but it keeps saying e-mail is incorrect i have a code from the e-mail pass change but where do i enter it on my profile ? help!!

Sorry, but Interscope removed the Lady Gaga release from Whitelabel.net. They may add it back later but for the time being those tracks are unusable.
