Right channel should be the right deck. Correct? Or do you have it swapped somehow?

Does it work in INT mode? Can you see the waveform?

Yes i can see the waveforms. I hear music coming form the left deck if both the white and red cables are connected. When i disconnect the white, silence. The red output is dead, in internal, relative and absolute mode.

Have you tried switching that RCA? Also is it only happening with one specific song or all songs?

All songs, i tried different cables as well.

when i detach the white cable all sound on that line turns silent

Try plugging into a dif usb port or try the unit on another omputer - if it does the same there then its def. the unit and we can get you started on a repair.

I tried different computers and usb cables. I agree. Its defected.
