every now and then i get a total audio drop out, no usb light, but then it's not like that kind of drop out because it goes absolutely silent out of nowhere! it happens after the screen has frozen momentarily. i have a brand new mac book pro, by the way, using the usb port nearest the screen for the sl1, and the other port has a usb powered hub plugged into it for my nanopad and video adapter to plug into (i'm running video-sl)...

any help would be very much appreciated guys, gig this evening! thanks in advance...

OS is Snow Leopard by the way. Freezing still occured after restarting without video SL.

Do you have the latest version of VSL installed? Have you adjusted the VSL setting by clickin on the Set-up button located on the center screen (of the 3 small screens)?

What are your computer specs? How much RAM do you have?
