How do I stream movies from my Mac to PS3?

I just got a PS3 slim mainly for its media center capabilities. I've been reading that its only meant to stream from a PC. How do I stream movies from my mac mini to my ps3?

I tried both over the weekend and I settled with PS media server. Mainly because its free! Medialink is great and has a better interface but its $20. PS Media server can do the same. NOW I just need to figure out how to stream all the NFL games to my PS3!

im having a problem with PS media server, its saying all my vid files are corrupted but they play if i burn them to a disc and insert them into the PS3 manually

burn to disc? You can read & watch files off an external drive.
Just gotta push triangle when you're on the drive icon and select 'display all'.
You can also copy the files to your PS3 internal drive... FAST.
