i have a 6TB Network storage @ my studio and was wondering if there could be a way that serato can access networked/shared files

1st this seems more like a "help"-topic, than a feature suggestion. Use the help-section next time.
2nd, yes, I think this should be possible. I have a mac and a Timecapsule, if connected the Timecapsule is shown like a normal drive on my mac, I can drag and drop files from my TC into Serato and play them like any other drive. Works very well.
In case of windows I never tried it, but I suppose if you created a network-drive (exploder, sorry, Explorer => tools => map network drive) that it should work and that you should be able to DnD files from there.

you can drop the folders in make the crates but they never stay on that share after you close
