Not a big deal but I think that the joysticks should be in 'serato control mode' on initial power up of the mixer.

think most people would be using these for serato rather than transforming so saves pressing them into serato mode everytime the mixer is switch on?

what does everybody else think?

While I would agree that most people would be using it for SSL, your suggestion would change its "out of the box" usability. As a plug and play device the joys as transformers is the most obvious choice.

They would only work in serato control mode with a computer attached anyway.

I dont think this should be the default setting either. Rather what I would like to see is that the software remembers the last setting and switches your mixer to that mode when you reconnect it again.

actually, i agree on it (OFF/transform) being the default setting. but personal settings should be saved when your computer attaches.
