Did you ever notice the to the right where it says "## loggin in" and "## guests". There is always three times as many guests, I wonder who they are? Maybe their Final Scratch owners looking over the fence to the greener grass or banned people watching with remorse.
i know exactly who those 'guests' are. they're our significant others & our coworkers and bosses and friends who googled us (assuming you've used your full real name and real location.....damnit! i'm so stupid :(
I was a guest for a long time before I actually posted, maybe it has to do with the fact that registering is always a pain and unless you have to post some serious stuff I usually think its better to refrain from doing so...
I would say it is a big change in numbers in just a few short minutes until you consider the sheer number of people involved in DJing on this planet that could be checking this forum from time to time.
I think the majority of the "Guests" are just members who havnt singed into the forums. They are browsing to see if there is anything worth posting on..
I think it is because it is one of the best forums, or the best forum on the world, with professional djs and so many microwaves want to know what is the big deal:)
What boggles my mind is that only one in fifteen people are logged in. Are SSL users only a small fraction of the people reading the forums? Are we that interesting?
I really miss the old days on here with threads like this. There was a time when most of us recognized each other. I rarely log in anymore because there are too many people on here; and most of them do nothing but complain or ask the same questions over and over.
