Discussions in the "Whitelabel.net Release Feedback" forum area are created automatically whenever a new Release is put out. There's no way to create one manually.

You could always start a discussion in the "DJ Help" area or you could go over to serato.com and find a more appropriate area for your topic (you can use your whitelabel.net login and password on serato.com).
