Upon reinstalling the serato software into my windows PC, I noticed a warning message before completion. It said that the software was not compatible with windows XP professional, and could produce problems now or in the future? is this why the PC users are having so many problems?

I have a prtscrn of the message at home and will post later tonight.

Are you talking about the Windows Logo testing warning? If so, have a look at the SSL Manual page Manual-2 -->> rane.com
