Hi
Im doing a gig this bank holiday weekend and intending to use Video SL for the first time.
The venue have a less than new projector which has a VGA input, S-Video input and a Scart input. I am intending to monitor off my separate display a Samsung 225MD via DVI/VGA.
Im running a Macbook Pro 2.4Ghz, 4GB or ram, GeForce 8600M GT 256MB and the only video output is a DVI port.
My question is, what is the best way to use both of these displays?
I've been looking at this as in the future I'm intending to connect more monitors/lcds around the venue:
www.medusa-uk.com
and one of these:
store.apple.com
Or would this be better/cheaper:
www.tvcables.co.uk
and one of these:
store.apple.com
Also i wondered if this would work alongside the standard DVI out on my macbool pro:
www.usbvideoadapter.com
Any help greatly appreciated!!
Cheers

The VGA distribution amp is the way to go, not S-Video or any kind of passive splitters.
I'm not sure what the point of the USB a/v capture device you linked would be with Video-SL, and it appears to be a very old design that doesn't support any Mac OS version since 2001.
