I picked up my new macbook with duo core 1.83, 60 gig, 512 mb tiger osx. I loaded serato 1.6.1, and imported the songs into itunes, and then installed serato. I then bit build overviews, and the bar is only reaching to second bar instead of the whole complete bar (3). It built all my songs to the second bar. Why does it do that? Or will this be a future problem when loading songs, or is this a 1.6.1 glitch. If anyones knows please hit me back

Are these new songs that have never been built before? Or old songs that have been built before but just transfered onto the new computer? If you built overveiws on them before and just transfered them to your new Macbook, then it will skip one of the steps becuase the overview is technically still there as it's stored in the ID3 tag of the files. I'm not sure the exact order, but IIRC it's analyze (1st bar), read (2nd bar), write (3rd bar), so it won't have to do the write stage.
