Those releases are restricted to the USA by the record label.

Some labels release tracks to the USA but are unable to clear them for use in Canada. So, to answer, your question - yes, there are some restrictions for Canadian users (although none specifically for people in Ontario).

However, this accounts for a just a small number of Releases on Whitelabel.net. The majority of Releases are available to all North American residents.
