I have yesterday switched ON my mixer TTM57 SL and from him got smoke from the tunnel of the crossfader.I switched off and tuned ON again ...Everything was playing ok ,but crossfader didint worked (didnt cut the sound), then after some time i switched ON the mixer again, then the fader began get smoked (smoke was coming from the tunnel of the fader) i turned OFF and after switching ON again ,music played but fader did not worked (didnt cut the sound)....
before all this !!! I have put "Deoxit" under the buttons B1 and B6 as was said on your web and put some "DeoxIt" on the rails ....but all was working..And only yesterday there got smoke from mixer and i dont understand what happened. Crossfader dont works ,One Fader dont works .....HELP PLEASE

You probably need to send your mixer in for service.

To send the unit in for repair you will need to be issued an RA# (return authorization number). To request an RA, please e-mail me your serial number, full name, shipping address and telephone number.

Once we receive the unit, our turnaround time is typically 2-3 days.

i have the same issue .... but 1and 2 are not responding . the crossfader works but 1 & 2 are dead . i still have volume control from the gains but nothing from the faders .
what is the cost for a repair like this ?

I had this problem and I was told that the faders were put in reverse, I'm guessing if you disconnected your faders then reconnected you probably had it in reverse.

read my post bout how to spot a reverse ribbon, when your disconnecting the faders make sure you have the ribbons(red part of the ribbon) on the right side.. better example in the link.
