Marty, you don't have to lug it up 67 flights of stairs. There is a loading bay around back that starts on the 2nd floor, and I'm pretty sure this building does not count the 13th floor. So you are really only carrying it up 65 flights of stairs. There was a cargo elevator, but building management has told me that I am never allowed to use it again after I attempted to bring my motorcycle up to my office. They don't let just anyone use it anymore, so that isn't an option.

I appologize in advance for this bieng SUPER LONG! So don't know if I'll get much feedback or any responses due to that, but suppose we'll see. :o)

I'm not automatically thinking you are, if you are reading this or at least skimming thru it, though maybe there's a possibility I just might grab your attention for a minute or two. Pending on what you see about me that jumps out at you.
I've made a few posts here before. So there is a possibility you might have come across me before. I just haven't gotten anything rolling. Maybe it's how I present myself. It's all in the timing, so I'm just seeing if it's my time.
Okay, okay...so IT'S OBVIOUS that being a 'turntablist' is not my 'day-job' nor my 'night-job' ....maybe it's not THAT obvious... I'm not saying it hasn't ever been or could be...I've made a few club aappetances, though nothing recently...say in the past couple years....So I know that's probably not scoring me much, if any brownie points. I've kinda been off the scene for a while, So, I'm just trying to get back into it. Just looking for a little ambition, and someone to keep me motivated. I kinda let life happenings intrude and take me away from something I love.
I've done many competitions (DJ Battles) all over the country throughout the 2000's...if you aren't familiar with 'dj battles'...it's basically dj competitions to see which Dj has the best routine... These competions are usually judged on originality, style, crowd response/pparticipation, stage presence...and a couple other categories...pending on the competition...Anyways...
It's pretty sad to say I haven't won any, but that doesn't mean I never came close, though maybe if I practiced my routines more than I did... ;o) Due to my absence I am NOT doing the DMC's this year, though maybe make a comeback there next year. I feel I should try something less BIG than the DMC's...to begin with.
The music styles I'm into (and can mix), in no particular order: new wave, 80's, 90's, pop, 80's rock, old achool, RnB, top 40, hip-hop, partybreaks, alternative, reggae/reggaeton, some club/techno, some 70's and funk/disco....the list goes on and on...so I appear to be pretty versatile.
I've made posts here before, but never got anything rolling, I don't know if it's me or the other person...
You remember the "Pretty Fly For A White Guy" music video at all by The Offspring done back in 19-ninety-something? I get told quite a bit I remind them of that dude...if you need/want pics, I can send ya a couple.
There's more to me than what's stated...OBVIOISLY....So, if any of above peeks your intetest, or you'd like to know more, you should send a shout on my direction! Let's switch gears for a moment. Not all Dj listings are horrible. Well maybe in this day in age they are. Back in 04 some guy posted an ad looking to get scratches on a track that he was going to sell to a sports team. A musician for hire type of deal. I ended up getting the job and he paid me $300 for for like 20 seconds of scratches! I got a call from him weeks later asking me if I knew an engineer that would mix his song properly. I referred him to my friend who is in a well known DJ collective and not only did he mix his song and pay him ,but another DJ from his crew re did the scratches on the track and he paid him an additional $300. When all was said and done. He never even used my work,but I still got $300 for a few wikka wikkas. Not bad huh?

We will provide you with gigs on a regular basis that will keep you exceedingly busy. You don't even need equipment, you will use ours and we even set it up for you! You will always have a professionally trained security team at gigs. $1200 minimum per 5 hour gig. Dress code, tight shirt, sexy shoes, short skirt or short shorts.
