Hello. Repeatedly, emails from the whitelabel.net service are being caught as SPAM. Yes, I can whitelist it as long as the FROM email doesn't change.
I have another solution.
There are three really good things to do on your emails which significantly reduce the chance of them being blacklisted or marked as spam.
1. Use SPF Records
2. Use Domain Keys
3. File the reverse DNS name for your email senders
On even the most recent email I received from whitelabel.net, the reverse DNS name is unknown. Usually a sign of SPAM.
I really request this as a good policy for whitelabel.net to take on.

Dale,
Thanks for the post. I have spent a good amount of time over the past few months in looking at ways to make sure that the emails we send out are not marked as spam.
SPF records are something I have been in the process of implementing and in some instances it is already in use. I'd love to be able move us towards using Domain Keys as well but I have a few road blocks in getting this set up, i won't bore you with the technical details but it is on the cards.
Reverse DNS entries have been set up for all of our servers. It is always possible that the reverses have fallen off as the management of it is not within my realm of power but I double checked this and everything is as it should be..
Cheers!!
