Hey DJ KEP,

Have you edited or adjusted these files using any other software? Which version of Scratch Live are you using? Is it happening with all your Whitelabel files?

Something that might seem straightforward to you may be quite confusing to someone else. We're always happy to answer anyone's questions, whether people think they're "stupid" or not.

All WL tracks went fuzzy on me too. I didn't edit them at all. I use both Serato Scratch and Serato Itch. Latest version.

I have a lot of these files. I don't want to go back to re-download them all over again.

DJ Jinnai,

Remember: Whitelabel audio files will only play in high quality when you have Scratch Live or ITCH hardware attached.

Do you get a fuzzy sound when your hardware is connected?
