Video cue points won't stay but audio does?

I just picked up a ttm 57sl and I marked cue points on all of my audio and video that I use (used my pc version of serato, to mark all my cue points). The audio was transfered to my mac and all the cue points stayed. I transferred all my MP4 video and 4 of the 400 videos I marked saved....

Any suggestions?

"Cue and loop information can't be stored in mp4 files like they can with mp3s.
This information is instead stored in a Metadata folder inside the ScratchLIVE folder on whatever drive you've imported the mp4s from."

little searching goes a long way, and the other 4 files must have already been cued on the mac where the metadata was already stored
