Customisable position cursor color

I would like to choose the color of the position triangle (gray) wich not enough visible on the background (gray on gray, berk lol)

If possible to choose the color of selection bar of mp3 (brown on black background, re-berk lol)

LoL I said "berk" to say it's not pretty and easy to use.

What is BTW ? (I(m french and don't understand it)
