I'm having trouble downloading new songs!

I can listen to the sample of the song but when I start to download, the song will automatically stop loading at around half of the song. If anyone has any ideas or has been through this, please let me know what can or should be done. Thanks.

What web browser (including version) and OS are you using? Do you have problems with specific tracks or do you have this problem with all tracks?

Its all the tracks. they are really slow when they start to download, then the download bar comes to a stopping point. The wed browser I use for my Mac is Safari.

I just upgraded to 1.9 because I thought the problem was with the version of Scratch Live I had. but it wasn't the problem. None of the songs will download at all.

Hmm, strange.

To the best of my knowledge no one else is experiencing problems similar to yours. Our download servers are spitting out thousands of downloads everyday.

Is there any change that you could try a different computer or a different web browser on your Mac?

I can't change the computer but I will try to use a different browser to see if that will work and then I will get back to you. thanks.
