video only show in ABS mode

took out serato today for party I installed the video and all I had to but I was not doing video until I figure out stutterig problem So I was doing music it worked fine with the 1.9 But when I was playing with the video during setup I noticed I only saw the videos when it was in abs mode is this normal?

I read that Thanks BUT it says running serato Ihave been running serato for years NO issues I have used this new laptop numerous times with it it is fine ON regular Serato ..Video is the problem So I amnot sure if thatis the issue

run a test on your laptop using an mov. file. for some reason mov files run videos better on pc's. good luck.
