How do I delete my profile?

How do I remove my profile from this site? Sick of being emailed about new releases. Haven't found anything worth listening to on this site as of yet. Biggest dumping ground for shyte tunes I have ever heard. Especially this latest mail out.

You can't delete your profile but you can change your preferences so that you no longer receive emails:

It's not hard at all, but it's completely unnecessary.

Change your email preferences so that you never receive email from us. We'll never share your details with anyone without your permission so you can just pretend that we don't exist :-)
