Good Video-SL Settings

What are good settings for video-sl?

i'm currently set at:

no constraints, preserve, medium, normal
buffer size @ 2gb

Also what is considered good fps? i get 20-30 fps with both decks playing (no effects, fader middle, grid simple tranny). also i get 60 fps when i run the test.

toshiba tecra m9
intel core 2 duo t7500 @ 2.20 GHz
4 GB Ram
nvidia quadro NVS 130M (400MHz core, 800 MHz shader, 128mb dedicated/1887mb shared)
Windows Server 2008 64-bit aka Vista 64-bit

i'm getting a macbook pro. just don't know when. in the meantime i'm playing with video-sl on the pc.

those settings are good, i would probably put it at 1gig, medium
