Rane 64 no right channel

Rane 64 no right channel

I lost my right channel on both A & B usb's. The only way for me to get sound out of the right XLR is to switch the mixer to mono in the 64's system preference menu. Anyone have any ideas on this. My last gig was with another dj using my second usb port last weekend. That is the first time I've used 2 usb with this mixer. This is only on the master. i have stereo in the booth.

Hey Brian,

Are you hearing the L/R out of the master if you are playing regular CDs or vinyl directly into the mixer?

What firmware version is installed on the mixer and what version of SDJ are you using?

Hey Zach,

I just tried the using a cd on line 3. The right channel is not working this way as well. Firmware is 1.04 Serato DJ 1.78.

my workaround for now is running in mono.

Are you not seeing any input for the right channel on the LED meter?

Or are you just not hearing the right main output?
Do all the outputs act the same?
Do you hear a stereo signal in your headphones?
