Recording levels Problem

Why is it overtime i record a set using serato the finished result is distorted sound

I have turned the rec volume down so it never clips the red

I have had the same problem on a recording I did over an hour long. I haven't recorded that long since but at the beginning of th mix it's all good, then from 50 minutes onwards the distortion starts happening gradually.

Really bad internal recording has been reported countless times.
