When I click on the genres and try to pick one it doesn't go to it. is there something i'm doing wrong or is it whitelabel. but it will let me view all whitelabel releases which is tooo time consuming!! help!!

having the same issue mate, have emailed tech support but heard nothing back yet, was working fine a week ago, but not any more.

I had an email from serato and they say its working fine, ive attempted on 5 different browsers now and 3 different devices and its not working for me.

only thing to do is bombard serato with emails.

they fixed it after emailing them through about 5 of their sites.
