Serato video transitions

Hi Guys anyone have this trouble ?

When I connect my rane 62, I'm unable to have transition for the videos using Serato Video
neither on scratchlive 2.5.0 nor SeratoDJ 1.7.5.
When I try to choose a transition effect, I have a blank field.

I've uninstall both seratodj and scratclive, reinstalling everything included serato video and
upgrade my mac os install (10.10.3) but nothing...

Anyone can help ?

yup Im guessing your computer is not powerful enought to run those transitions...
what are the specs of the computer you are using?

does your computer have the intel video card and the dedicated video card. or just the intel? If just the intel your SOL. If both then go into your power settings and disable automatic graphics switching.

Yes I have dual graphics, already tried to disable graphical switch but changes nothing...
Just uninstall serato video again and again, still no transitions available....

Try upgrading your Mac OS X... I'm on 10.8 now with a mid 2014 MacBook Pro no issues.

I'm on 10.9.5 will no issues either. I wouldn't goto 10.10 yet.

shit just realized he's on the latest.. Odd I can't even go that high I have all updates for Yosemite.

I believe this is a firmware issue. Cause I have an SL3 and I coulda sworn with a certain firmware update I had limitations with video it was grated out and almost like a glitchy platform it was really odd but went away all a sudden.

I actually had an issue after a firmware update and it was with the fx there was no option to choose echo out like it wasn't even listed and this was in SSL then it all of a sudden appeared.

I think yes It could be a firmware issue, because I use to be on rane 62 firmware 1.17 before making an error an update it to 2.24 I guess
Will try to downgrade it
