What does it mean when serato say's that you have a locked whitelabel song in your lib. i entered my email and password like it said to do but nothing happen. any help?

LMFAO I'm in Miami Bitch (instrumental) and Feel it by Dj Felli Fel. I type in my email and password but it didn't do anything.

I checked the Whitelabel files and I can see no obvious reason why you shouldn't be able to unlock them.

One thing you could try is re-downloading the files and replace the existing copies with the new ones.

If this doesn't work then the problem is more likely related to Scratch Live rather than the Whitelabel files. In that case I'm not the best person to help you so you should make a help request on either scratchlive.net or serato.com:

scratchlive.net
serato.com

Once you do this the support team will step in and offer you assistance.

i re-downloaded the files and they worked thank you for your help
