Rane 57 Crossfader Contour

Hello guys, I'm not sure if anyone has come across this before? My 57's crossfader contour is permanently stuck in fast, no matter what position the spider's in? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The contour is broken and will need to get fixed.
You can either send it to us or to an authorized Rane service center --> www.rane.com

Thanks Zach. I'm in the U.K, I'm under the impression this could get very expensive.

If you purchased your unit in the UK you will want to contact Sennheiser and they should be able to do this repair.
I don't know how much it would cost but hopefully they can give you an estimate.
