Lows going out on channel 2

The problem I'm having with ttm 57sl is that at stand alone, my lows don't play any sound. In order to hear any sound I have to hold/push the knob to the side to hear the low end. I'm not sure if something is bent under or if something is loose? Anybody have this issue before and a solution?

The knob is clearly broken. Call rane support and send it in.
