yeh especially for those of us who use the keyboard, if you use the dummy seperator crates you have scroll down over them where ideally they wouldn't be able to be selected.

i got so many crates now its a pain the arse i realy need to be able to hide some or save them and load back when needed .

Crates of ssl have their crate_name.slc in .ScratchLive folder, if you move the files of crates you don't want, in another folder, I think they will not appear into SSL ?
It's not the most solution but I could run for the moment, no ?

I found another way around it is to prepare all myt lists in itunes , then when dj create new crates in ssl (3 or 4 of them) then drag the contents of the intunes playlists into the ssl lists , then go to set up and turn off read itunes playlists .

Im then just left with thwe 3or 4 crates i want

ok its an old post, but i'd like to know if such an option would be implemented in SSL?

Like nik39 i make some dummy crates like "O---------O" or little bit more detailled ones like "----categorie's name----" and this because:

1) you can't use the same name twice (for exemple, u won't be able to put the "--------" separator 3 times).

2) I want to seperate the crate but also name/describe them for better "viewing purpose"!

O-- Categorie's name n°1 --O
crate name N°1
crate name N°2
crate name N°3
O-- Categorie's name n°2 --O
crate

and so on...


Then i noticed that if u don't put any song in the dummy crate, SSL automatically deletes it at next restart, so putting a silly song in it is the only way i found that did the trick.
