Serato DJ Intro not recognising my controller

Hi there,

I recently purchased a Numark Mixtrack Pro 2 and I installed Serato DJ Intro. My device is plugged in and lit up but Serato DJ Intro says Hardware Disconnected and isn't picking it up.

Any help is much appreciated.

And follow the instructions on Trouble-Shooting Connection Issues, click on either the one for PC or Mac.
