problem with my controller twice and serrate dj

Good evening I have a problem with Serato DJ and twitch novation. I installed Serato DJ connected to the controller, but many commands do not take them ... I do not control the trim of the channels (not raise and lower channels) does not control the master (not adjust the master volume), and effects controls the deck A and deck B.
in the setup midi controller does not see me .. I can not use what should I do ????
