Hello- 1st off, Great products!!! I am looking for the HD7 upgrades to Scratch studio and Pitch'n'Time. I havent been able to find them on your site- any updates for them?

Hi Jon,

The latest versions, that work with Pro Tools 7, are Scratch studio 1.0 and Pitch 'n Time Pro 2.2.4 (your Pitch 'n Time 2.2 iLok license will work with this).

Your licenses should work with Pro Tools 9 fine. Make sure you download the latest versions from the downloads section here:

www.serato.com

Hello-

I have recently changed the name of my company and am wanting to consolidate and change my iLok user names. I emailed iLok regarding this and they said I need to talk to you about sending the permission to transfer. I am looking to transfer the all assets assigned to iLok accounts musicaid2, musicaid3 and musicaid4 to the new company name's iLok account-jiraproductions.

Here is what I received from the tech support of iLok:

The following iLoks require permission from software companies before they are transferred. You would be responsible for emailing the software companies and obtaining this permission. Obtaining permission requires getting the software companies to email us directly with the following subject line: [Incident#: SI1593469]

Please let me know if you need any other info.

Are you able to forward this email to support@serato.com? I can then reply to iLok support and we can go about approving the transfers.
