When I open Serato everything is as usual, the program says that the hardware must be connected. I can also access my music collection from my hard drives. When I connect the device, everything perfectly illuminates, no problems. But when I tag a song, the program don't respond to commands from the controller. I can not fast forward or anything else like pushing the play button or scratching the jogwheels, nothing happens and than the program crashes. Furthermore there are no (in remind of a better word) "Soundwaves" appearing beneath the jogwheels. But when I want to adjust the effects for example, this works flawlessly.
So I don't know what to do and I would be very happy if so. could solve my problem.
