I'm looking at setting a better video display for my rig. I made a TV stand and use a 46" from time to but it's not easily transported.
I use a projector as well but having somewhere to place the screen for a proper image size isn't always optimal either.
My idea is to use a DJ Screens rig or Odyssey rig with a ultra-short throw projector to project from the rear of the screen that way it can be placed pretty much anywhere.
Also I would like to be able to raise it 7ft in the air so I could place it behind me between for stage setups for venues that don't have a good location on the floor for it.

Are you looking to hang a lycra screen in between two 7Ft Global truss? and use a short throw projector for rear projection?

Basically the idea is this for the basic setup.
Truss based screen system, short throw projector suspended in behind the screen from a truss mounted arm.
I would probably have to use a speaker pole or something like that to provide a mounting point.
