Serato DJ Lite / Intro General Discussion

Talk about Serato DJ Lite / Intro software and controllers.

Only listen to music from one deck on headphones

MysticBlueX3 11:28 PM - 21 January, 2015
What is currently happening:
I hear tracks from both Deck A and Deck B in my headphones at the same time.
Left headphone hears tracks from both Deck A and Deck B.
Right headphone hears tracks from both Deck A and Deck B.
Cue Gain (headphone) control the volume of both Deck A and Deck B at the same time.

What I want to do:
Only hear the track from Deck A in both ears of my headphones or only hear the track from Deck B in both ears of my headphones
OR
Only hear the track from Deck A in my left headphone and only hear the track from Deck B in my right headphone
OR
Independently control the cue gain of Deck A and Deck B

Is there a way to do this? It seems like I should be able to do this as I'm able to independently control the gain of Deck A and Deck B going to the speakers (master gain)

I've never used a mixtrack but I assume it's monitoring section works as standard.

To get your first option:
Turn the cue mix dial all the way to 'CUE' (PGM is what is coming out of the master outputs)
Activate the relevant cue button for the required deck (near the center) to choose whether deck A or B is being fed into the headphones.

The second option, I wouldn't think can be done.

Does that help?
