Help downloading Songs!

I tried downloading songs but it keeps telling me to download scratch 1.9 and I already have it. There is a button that says to click it if you have 1.7 or higher I click there and it redirects me to the same page. If anyone can help me that would be great thank you.

Ever time I go click to preview the track the window pops up and close's, what am I doing wrong?

What browser and OS are you using djbillblast? Do you have any pop-up blockers installed?
