Couldn't you just use the service directly from UStream or similar?
Not sure how it would benefit having it directly embedded inside Serato software.

I've used various websites for streaming and never have I needed anything other than whatever is already available.

this way i could use my controller as my audio Interface instead of plugging into an external.i believe Traktor is already doing it
